Manual Install of KDE windows

Hi Danny,

Roughly, the installer downloads packages and their dependencies from
http://winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/* *or other specified mirror,
uncompress these packages and installs them into specified directory, it
also runs some kde set-up programs such as kbuildsyscoca4. Some dependencies
such as libraries from gnuwin32 are not necessarily in the kde tree.
