Long paths, hitting MAX_PATH limit of 260 chars

Thanks for caring. One example is if you use the cached imap resource
and you have a very deep folder structure. I can give you an account
on demo.kolab.org if you like and share a deep folder to your account.
(I am unsure what you mean by "nc path"?).
