Vista start menu lacks applications

Hi,

First of all, thanks a lot for providing wonderful KDE to us poor souls 
who are stuck with Windows for various reasons! I am especially grateful 
for Kate :-)

There is one thing on Windows Vista though (64bit version). The start 
menu contains KDE folders, but no applications. They run fine when 
started from their installation directory, C:\Program Files (x86)\KDE\bin
