Disabled akonadi dependency

Hi

In revision 979582 Ralf seem to commented out the akonadi dependency for 
kdepimlibs. I noticed that when tried to rebuild from scratch and kdebase-
workspace failed while missing akonadi. After 'emerge -i akonadi' the build 
process seem to go fine (it's not over, yet, though).

So, i wondered - was that just accident or is there any reason to disable 
akonadi?
