Change bug state for windows bugs in bugs.kde.org ?

Sure, BUG: purely works on the committer using the same email address as in
bugzilla plus the bug number. You can in fact close any bug in bugzilla
with that keyword as long as you're using the same email for bugzilla that
is in the accounts file in svn.
