Change bug state for windows bugs in bugs.kde.org ?

there are no assignment problems, at least two bugs relating to the 
installer could be closed and I see no button to do this for myself.

I saw in 
http://techbase.kde.org/Policies/SVN_Commit_Policy#Special_keywords_in_SVN_log_messages 
that using BUG:<...>  in the commit mail could set the bug into fixed 
mode, but would this also work if the bug is assigned to the kde-windows 
mailing list ?
