Installer 0.9.5 has already support for uninstalling application icons by
internal running kwinstartmenu --remove on the last page. Unfortunally at that
executation time kwinstartmenu is already uninstalled, which let the installer
fail.
A manual workaround is to run kwinstartmenu --remove by hand before
uninstalling.
A fix of this issue would be to detect the start menu path of the installed kde
release at an early stage and save it internal until the "complete uninstall"
case is detected and the related path could be deleted completly.
This requires an extended kwinstartmenu application with an additional
parameter to retrieve the used start menu path.
