4.2.4 unstable

So >= 4.2.4 binaries are compiled now with VS90? Sweet. Now what about Qt-4.5 
on Windows? Because I can't even compile my KDE4 application on Windows for 
testing, because my application is 4.5 based :(. But I'm glad to hear that we 
now have VS90 support instead of the 2005 one which never liked me.
