Non-latin Accountname crashes KDE

Hi,

We just got a bug in for Amarok:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=201972 where it fails to start
because of a failure.

To test if this also happens with other apps I created a new user with
a Japanese account name. When starting Dolphin with this account all
of KDE crashes (kded4.exe terminates). Is this known? Should I file a
bug or is this an unsolvable problem?
