You forgot to copy the package configuration file named config.txt to
the download dir.
[2009-02-25 15:08:54] Critical: shared\globalconfig.cpp 68 local config
file does not exist "C:/Documents and
Settings/Administrator.REACTOS/Local Settings/Temp/config.txt"
[2009-02-25 15:08:54] Debug: shared\downloader.cpp 168 Downloading
"http://downloads.sourceforge.net/kde-windows/config.txt" to
"C:/TEMP/kde/minimale/config.txt.part.qHp568"
then the installer read packages from C:/TEMP/kde/minimale
[2009-02-25 15:10:17] Debug: shared\installerengine.cpp 225 download
package file list for site: "all" from QUrl(
"file:///C:/TEMP/kde/minimale/" )
[2009-02-25 15:10:17] Debug: shared\installerengine.cpp 238 QUrl(
"file:///C:/TEMP/kde/minimale/" )
