With the exception of KDE 4.0.0, no, RKWard is mostly unaffected by KDE release 
schedules. And an important fraction of our users runs the latest RKWard with 
KDElibs 4.0.x (Ubuntu Hardy). We often do have the need to synchronize our 
schedules with R releases, though.
