kde mirrors synchronisation

Hi,

a few weeks ago I updated the sync script on ktown.kde.org to the 
following entry:

0 * * * *  /home/packager/ftpwin32/sync-www.winkde.org 2> /dev/null

The related script checks once a hour any available release on 
winkde.org and tries to sync it with the related path on ktown.kde.org. 
Because the release directory tree on ktown.kde.org is under control of 
the unix release admins and the windows packagers shell user on 
ktown.kde.org does not have any rights to create the required 
subdirectories, it may be that releases are not available on the 
mirrors. Those releases are only available from http://www.winkde.org.

If someone likes to extend the installer for more comfort in mirror 
selecting stuff feel free to send a patch to this list for reviewing.
