KDE4 on ReactOS

Hi, 

asking my $SEARCHENGINE for any feedback about Okteta (as a variant to 
Ego-googling ;) ) I came across this (original in Italian, so link pulls it 
through translate.google.com):

Perhaps somebody would like to follow up on this (also see this tried with KDE 
4.3.0), gather information about the current state and make it an article for 
the dot?
