Versions for kdewin-installer and applications

0.9.5 is the latest, but the problem is that some packages like
koffice aren't updated
so either you wait till we update them, or you can try to compile kde
yourself but it could be time consuming

to uninstall a program I think you have to uncheck the skip basic
settings checkbox
