Sorry for wasting your time and bandwidth.

I used "kdewin-installer-gui-latest.exe" to uninstall KDE. My feature
request is that all those KDE components and programs show up in
"Settings -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs" or the Vista
equivalent.

Its to comply with windows "standards".
