qpixmap-qimage-detach.diff doesn't apply

Hi,

emerge tries to apply the above mentioned diff and that doesn't work.
Looking at qt-copy it seems the relevant code has been fixed already
(maybe qt-copy was already updated to 4.4.2) inside qt-copy and the
patch is not needed anymore. Anyway, emerge fails for me because of the
patch not applying against current qt-copy.
