Is it possible to change XP icons to KDE ones?

Or to say it in a different way: We are lacking icons to match the different 
windows' themes. We would require somebody to do them (or funding for 
contracting somebody). There is the difficulty that - of course - we cannot 
just derive icons from the icons where Microsoft forbits this by copyright.
