Can't start kate in 4.1.3 stable

Hi all,

When starting kate it says Qt3Support4.dll is not found, (it really
disappeared from last installation), however kwrite works fine.

Also I've noticed that older releases of kde4 used qt-style open/save
dialog and now it uses the windows native ones, ftp protocol seemed to
work really better when using the kde-style dialogs (as it works very
well from konqueror but not from Dolphin), is it possible to make it
configurable on installation? (just an idea)
