kdewin-installer says it's outdated

Now I think I see it. To different Sourceforge pages gives different
versions as the default or latest.
According to http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=214730
it's 0.9.2.
According to
http://sourceforge.net/project/platformdownload.php?group_id=214730 which is
linked from the Project Summary page, it's 0.9.1-2.

The latter page ( SF.net -> Projects -> KDE on Windows -> Platform Download)
should be updated.
