kdewin-installer says it's outdated

I have kdewin-installer-gui-0.9.1-2.exe, and try to download the latest KDE.
The download server is Central Europe,Germany(http://www.winkde.org). When I
click Next on the Download Server Settings page, I get the message:

Your installer version is outdated. Please download and install the newest
version.

But to my understanding, I have the latest version available at this time.
It doesn't seem that this problem stops me from downloading and updating
various KDE packages.
