Request: remove dummy readdir_r() until it's implemented

Hello
Let's note that code kio/kio/kurlcompletion.cpp like uses #ifdef HAVE_READDIR_R.

We have dummy readdir_r() so in windows build HAVE_READDIR_R is set.
This breaks kurlcompletion.

lxr.kde.org told me for now the only other place using readdir_r is 
kphotoalbum, and also provides apprpriate ifdef.

Any objections?
