How old are the current builds for windows?

Hi,

I just got a bug report from a Windows user for a problem that was supposed to 
be solved right before the tarball creation for the KDE 4.1.0 release.

Are these tarballs also the same that were used to create the current 
offerings for Windows? Or have the current Windows offerings been build from 
an older snapshot?
