dbus-daemon.exe taking 99% CPU

I just installed KDE 4.1 into a Windows XP (32 bits) AMH64 machine.
When I try to launch any KDE program, dbus-daemon.exe goes to 99% CPU and
just keep still. When I kill it, the KDE program opens and everthing seems
fine... until another dbus-daemon comes up again.

Should I post this in bugs.kde.org or it is an already known bug?
