Kdelibs, kdepimlibs, kdebase-runtime, kdetoys fatal error

I tried the update command, but get "run 'svn cleanup' to remove locks. 
Working copy '. 'locked

At the KDE prompt I used
'svn --config-dir arg cleanup /kde/svn/trunk/kde/kdelibs'

It appears to work but the lock is not removed.
