Running tests

Hi all,

To test cdash a bit I have run the tests of kdelibs now and there are 
some problems with that:
as klauncher and kded are sometimes started the test will not give a 
result before those are closed again.
This will not be good for running make experimental from a server but I 
have no clue if there are any timeouts for kded and klauncher and how 
they can be set correctly.
