Emerge and kdeskd

Kdesdk looks pretty broke on VS2005, so far mostly in localize.

There's an increasing number of "bool _xxxx:16;" type errors being picked
up. There's some double declarations and missing linker libs. Now I' a noob
(horrible word) to KDE4, so I'd welcome somebody running a clean "emerge"
rebuild of the entire kde stack - I know its difficult to get a "fixed
point" in time - to see if I've got a compiler platform that's picking up
errors that other aren't. I've had some problems with compiling kdegraphics
as well.

Lokks like someone broke it with one of the last commits - kdesdk
compiled fine some days ago.
