0.8.5 - Can not start KDE applications

Does this library exist?
Can you please check using 7zip e.g. whether the file 
kdebase-msvc-3.97.20071231-bin.tar.bz2 (replace msvc with mingw if 
necessary) got corrupted? If it got corrupted - can you delete and 
redownload it please?
