kdewin-installer runtime error + workaround

Hi all,
When using kdewin-installer-gui-0.8.4-4.exe users might experience a 
runtime error after they clicked on the next button in the last screen 
before the packages.

The Workaround looks as follows:
If you have the user USER, the root directory C:\\KDE4 and the download 
directory C:\\KDE4\\tempdownloads; go into the directory
C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\KDE and edit the file 
Installer.ini.

Put the next 8 lines into the Installer.ini.
[General]
DeveloperMode=true
FirstRun=false
createStartMenuEntries=false
mirror=http://download.cegit.de/kde-windows
proxyMode=0
rootdir=C:\\KDE4
tempdir=C:\\KDE4\\tempdownloads


Follow the wiki again.

p.s.:
I didn't had the time and nerves to find and fix the error.
