kdesdk build problem

This is kind of a strange error.
Can you have a look whether there is this file in %KDEROOT%\bin?

Normally the file should be called QtScript4.dll (As it is over here). 
You can try to add a custom copy of QtScript4.dll called QtScript.dll.

I cannot yet say whether this is a more serious thing.
