beginner questions about emerge

There should be another copy in C:\kderoot\include\mingw\netinet\in.h 
and another one in 
C:\kderoot\tmp\kdewin32-0.3.4.20071231\image-mingw\include\mingw\netinet\in.h.
If this is not the case (you are missing the first one or both), please 
'emerge kdewin32' first and look if this gives you either an error or if 
the package is already installed (if it is installed, emerge will be 
ready after some lines).
