is 4.00.80 mo' better than 4.0.61?

they are, but if someone had installed them they will be displayed in 
the installer. I tested the update some time ago from 4.00.80 to 4.0.61 
and found no errors.
Please send in the kdewin-installer.log file from the download 
directory. There will be probably some hints  to find the problem.
