It may be that the kde database is outdated. Stop all kde application
and processes (klauncher, kioslave, kded, dbus-daemon). Then delete the
.kde directory in your profile directory (run dir "%USERPROFILE%" in a
command window).
Then run kbuildsycoca4 and wait until it is finished. Then amarok should
run.
