Hi Christian, Saro, I had another issue with building, but unrelated to this problem. Saro provided a workaround, and I got kdeedu apps built today. I'm very happy to report that the "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way..." problem appears to be gone! Thanks very much, Clint
