Installer 0.9.0 - Can't connect through proxy

Hi,

With version 0.9.0 of the GUI installer I've lost the ability to connect
through a proxy. It doesn't even remember my proxy settings.
0.8.6-beta6works fine so it seems to be a problem in the latest
versions. Is this a
known issue?
