How to start KDE after installation?

I have downloaded the KDE installer "kdewin-installer-gui-0.8.6.exe",
selected a mirror, the files have been downloaded, then they were installed.
What should I do after that? I tried to run one of the programs located in
"bin" directory, but they all do not run. I found one guide on the internet,
explaining how to make KDE as a Windows shell instead of Explorer - but
there is no bin\bash file! What should I do in order to start KDE?
