No, actually presents in some packages.
It's just the problem of packages - the 4.1.3 packages had broken plasma (it 
plainly hangs on loading). And there's no plasma package in 4.2beta1 (4.1.80) 
- or i just mssed it :P

So, try 4.1.2 packages. You'll need kdebase-workspace package to get Plasma.
