It works fine for me and the patch is not applied to the official svn 
sources.

Because some of them are just there for our convenience. But you're 
right - qt_qmake.diff and qpixmap-qimage-detach.diff should be moved to 
qt-copy. Both are sent to qt-bugs but not included in 4.4.1:

qpixmap-qimage-detach.diff is scheduled for 4.4.2 (id: 215190)
qt_qmake.diff is not very important because we don't use qmake at all, 
id is 214661 afaics
