Suggestion: add Ogg DirectShow codecs to kdewin-installer as an external package

I tested these codecs (both stable an unstable) an recognized that kde 
applications are crashing randomly when producing sound.

An alternative which seems to work more stable are the Ogg DirectShow 
Filters 0.9.9.6  located
