'optimized.lib' error in kdecore

This is an already known problem with cmake 2.6.x  see 'kdelibs compile 
error' thread in this list  and is fixed in svn  (svn update 
kdelibs/cmake/modules)

in short - the LINK_INTERFACE_LIBRARIES feature used in the kdecore 
subdir does not support the optimized and debug library prefix.
