yes, remove the directory
e:\daten\kde\emerge-msvc-release\tmp\qt-4.4.0.20080222 - or -
disable the applying of the patch for this time only in the script
e:\daten\kde\emerge-msvc-release\emerge\portage\libs\qt\qt-4.4.0.20080222.py
The error is probably due to you trying to run --update on qt which is
currently not possible (as Qt package is not very clean and slightly
different than the other packages).
