some thought about the last kde 4.0.7

to be short it just rock, although some glitches.

-konqueror just don't launch at all.
- when making creatstartmenuentry= true, the installer make all app
available in windows menu except games and network ( no entry for
kopete).
- dolphin work very well, i can launch files from it, which is great,
just no way to launch exe files.

i just think the fun of kde under windows has just begin
