Updated kdewin32

Hi,

I recently updated kdewin32 svn to fix ebn issues 
(http://englishbreakfastnetwork.org/krazy/reports/kdesupport/kdesupport/kdewin32/index.html)
I've also updated the mingw directx headers so don't wonder if it breaks 
compile (although I don't think so) :)
