systemsettings !

hi

is there any plan to package systemsettings , i know it is workspace, imho
as a user it is very important for configuring kde application.

user cases.

- configure proxy (my main concern)
- switch phonon back end ( there is actually an experimental vlc backend
available ).
- configure the mouse to used double click ( dolphin, konqueror ),
