Error R6034

Hi,

I have installed KDE under vista using the win32 installer (mingw binaries),
and I'm experiencing some problems with most KDE processes (kioslave,
klauncher, kded4 ... ). They are giving the following error :

R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library
incorrectly.

Any idea what the solution is for this ? It's rather annoying to test
ktorrent when the kioslaves doing the tracker announces are crashing all the
time.
