BTW: I detected this error initial by running kded: although a started 
kbuildsycoca4/kconf_update was finished very fast,  kded detects the 
finished state much time later only limited by an internal DBUS call 
timeout. A visible side effect was that kded was not accessable in 
qdbusviewer only after a long delay.
