Problem running kde4 on windows

Please wait for an updated msvc (and mingw) package as the rutime deps 
are not solved yet. That's also one reason why I did not release a 
snapshot last weekend.
I don't know with what version of msvc8 Ralf compiled the msvc packages 
so I don't know which runtime you've to install.
