MSVC and /MD in debug mode

Hi,

as discussed on the meeting, I tried to compile the qt debug libs with /MD. Looks like I was wrong - the application is still crashing when mixing debug and release libs... :-(

Therefore the only solution is to add a debug postifx for every kde debug library compiled with kde. Imho "_d" would be a better solution than "d". I'll try to create an enhanced find_library() macro to avoid useless code blow here. I've also posted a feature request on cmake mailing list to add this feature to the standard find_library() macro.
