Qt build instructions for mingw

Hi list,

I'm trying to build a "KDE-compliant" Qt4 with mingw.

The build instructions on
 
http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Build/KDE4/Windows_Qt_4

only cover mvsc, and tell me to "use the kde installer" for mingw.
Which patches/configure options have you used to build the mingw package? I 
can document Qt/mingw in the wiki if someone gives me pointers.
