dbus deregistering problem

Hi,

dbus-win32 has a problem when a client terminates with an exception like 
access violation or similiar.
If the client has registered a dbus service (i found this issue with 
klauncher which crashes sometime) the service name is not deregistered 
from the dbus daemon. If the client is started again the service name 
could not be registered until the dbus-daemon is restarted.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem without restarting 
the dbus-daemon ?
