libxml2 package broken

So that means I can safely rename liblibfoo.a to libfoo.dll.a?

Not sure wether some of these are part of libxml or libxslt, but I also
see liblibcurl, liblibdb43, liblibexslt and liblibrdf here.

Apart from that: for xslt it seems libxslt.a is missing, i.e. named
liblibxslt.a. At least after renaming from liblibxslt.a to libxslt.a
kdelibs continued.
